Led the 360 design for the new Discover's Fraud & Identity Theft Protection campaign. A better user experience will encourage cardmembers to upgrade by addressing and mitigating their concerns or 'upgrade blockers' effectively. Through our design interventions, we aimed for these cardmembers to not only understand but also appreciate the value in upgrading the service.

As UX Marketing Designer, I developed a 360 campaign that included the design of multiple landing pages for A/B testing, nationwide paid ads, email drip, and print materials.

The nationwide display banner campaigns were designed to complement the landing pages, providing a cohesive visual narrative that reinforced the value proposition of Identity Theft Protection upsells, thereby supporting the overall goal of increased enrollments and revenue generation.
